Q: What is PDR (paintless dent repair)?A: It is a method of removing minor dents from vehicles that does not require paint and body fillers, like a traditional body shop.
Q: What type of dents can be fixed with PDR?A: PDR can fix door dings, shopping cart dents, light hail damage and other minor dents.
Q: What type of dents cannot be fixed with PDR?A: Collision dents, sharp creases, dents with sharp impact points, and dents with paint damage are best repaired at a conventional body shop.
Q: Do you fix bumpers?A: No. Most bumpers are plastic and require conventional repair. Vehicles with metal bumpers are too thick for this type of repair.
Q: Do you repair scratches, windshields, stone chips, etc.?A: No, we only repair dents.
Q: Can you fix dents in appliances?A: No, we can only fix dents in automobiles.
Q: How long does it take to repair a dent?A: Most minor dents take less than an hour. Vehicles with hail damage will take much longer.
